Obituary for Joy Romberger

Joy Romberger, 92, formerly of Wilburton,PA passed away Thursday, May 25th, 2017 at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville, PA. Born March 21,1925 in Newton Abbot, England, the daughter of the late Frederick and Alice M. (Tanner) Williams. She graduated from schools in Totnes, England and two years community college in Torquay, England. She moved to the United States in February 1946. She was a member of the Wilburton United Methodist Church. Her husband Austin C. Romberger in 2005 preceded her in death.

She was also preceded in death by a sister Nora Fielder and a brother John Williams. Surviving are two sons:Charles Romberger, Kinzers,PA and David Romberger, Bath, PA. Two sisters and a brother survive: Jean March & Dorothy Ford of England and Charles Williams of Australia.
Grandchildren surviving: Jennifer Grasser, Melissa Romberger, Colin Romberger.

Great Grandchildren: Kyle Grasser, Courtney Grasser and Madison, Sophie and Connor Romberger.

Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, May 31,2017 at 12:00 Noon from the Willard Rothermel Funeral Home, Mt. Carmel,PA. Rev. Rose Marquardt officiating. Interment in Mt. Carmel Cemetery. VIsitation Wednesday 11:00 A.M. until the time of Service from the Willard Rothermel Funeral Home, Mt. Carmel,PA.
