Alexander “Alex” B. Andruscavage
Alexander “Alex” B. Andruscavage, 75, of Mount Carmel passed away Tuesday afternoon August 26th at his residence.
Born in Shamokin on June 23, 1950 he was the son of the late Rose (Kazluaskas) and Joseph Andruscavage.
Alex was a very religious member of Restoration Ministries in Shamokin.
He graduated from Mount Carmel Area High School in 1968.
He was the husband of the late Alice (Vitale) Andruscavage.
He was a self-employed in the metal recycling business.
Alex enjoyed writing songs, music, being a dad, grandfather and all-around family man.
In addition to his parents and spouse, he was preceded in death by his grandson Shawn Spotts and step father Joseph Sock
Surviving are his; daughter Joanne Andruscavage, Mount Carmel, sister Joanne Roadarmel, Elysburg; brother Robert Andruscavage, Coal Township; sister Genny (Sock) Wetzel, MD; brother Joseph Sock, MD; step children Carol Spotts (Juan), Mount Carmel; Betty Spotts-Felton, Carbondale; Arrista Spotts, TN; 6 grandchildren Selena, Christian, Scott, Savannah, Natasha, Lorena; 3 great grandchildren Mariannah, Aubriella, Alycia; nieces & nephews.
Services and internment will be held privately.
