Arthur R. Brobst

Arthur R. Brobst, 82, of Lansford passed away Thursday morning December 14, 2023 at St. Luke’s Hospice in Bethlehem.

Born in Coaldale on September 9, 1941 he was the son of the late Elizabeth Violeta (nee Heffelfinger) and Arthur William Brobst.

Art graduated from Coaldale High School and later attended college.

He was the husband of Donna M. (Zuber) Brobst.

He served in the US Army and was member of the American Legion.

Art was of the Protestant faith.

He previously worked as a technician for Sigma-Aldrich Chemical in Allentown.

Art enjoyed working on computers and cars.  

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by; brother William Brobst; brother Richard Brobst; sister Elizabeth Melnick; stepdaughter Katrina Hollan.

He is survived by; wife Donna Brobst, Lansford; stepsons Joseph Jr, Daniel & Jason Hollan; 9 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; nieces & nephews.

Services will be private at the family’s request.
