Carol A. Malick
Carol A. Malick, 88, of Watsontown passed away Tuesday evening May 19, 2026 at Emmanuel Center in Danville.
Born in Ashland on June 26, 1937 she was the daughter of the late Falla (Hunter) and Norman Malick.
Carol graduated from Cunningham Township High School in 1955. She worked for the Sunbury Hospital in housekeeping for many years prior to retiring. After retiring she worked for the Good Will until the age of 82.
She was a member of Amazing Grace Community Church in Northumberland.
Carol loved spending time with her grandchildren and doing yard work. She loved animals, especially her dogs, cats and goats.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 2 sisters Doris Artman and Ethel Wilson.
Surviving are a brother David Malick (Maryanne), York; daughter Sheila McAnnaney (David), Wilburton; daughter Cheryl Hrapowicki (Michael), Watsontown; daughter Sharon Riley (Michael), Danville; son William Corrigan (Betty), Sunbury; 8 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren.
Services will be held on Saturday May 23, 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Rothermel-Heizenroth-Clark Funeral Home, 387 West Valley Ave, Elysburg PA 17824. A visitation for family and friends will be Saturday morning from 10:00-11:00 AM at the funeral home. Burial will follow services at Northumberland Memorial Park.
