Charles D. Henderson Jr.

Charles Daniel Henderson Jr., 42, of Strong passed away Tuesday evening February 13, 2024 at Geisinger Medical Center-Danville.

Born in Ashland on March 21, 1981 he was the son of Charles and Loretta (Tafner) Smith.

Chuck attended Mount Carmel Area Schools.

In addition to raising his son Alex he enjoyed video games, fishing and cars.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents and his uncle Rick Steinhart.

Chuck is survived by; mother Loretta Kulpmont; father Charles, Mount Carmel; son Alex Henderson, Tower City; significant other Brittany Bizzarro, Tower City; aunt Karen Steinhart, Strong; uncle Richard Shoffler, Shamokin; aunt Diane Ortiz (Andrew), Mount Carmel; several cousins.

Services and interment will be private at the family’s request.
