Charlotte E. (Morgan) Rooney

Charlotte E. Rooney, 79, of 115 Hoffman Blvd. Ashland. passed away Sunday, November 15th, 2009 at her residence. Born in Centralia, PA December 20.1929 she was the daughter of the late Lamar and Naomi Mochamer Morgan. She was a member of St. Joseph's Church, Ashland and graduated from Ashland High School . Surviving are her husband Edward Rooney Jr. , Ashland Three sons- one daughter ; Denise Moser, Ashland; Michael Rooney, Ringtown; Edward Rooney, Mt. Carmel; Stephen Rooney, Ashland . One sister survives: Nancy Black of Bethlehem, PA A brother Thomas Morgan preceded her in death. Ten grandchildren survive: Michael, Christopher, Thomas, Edward, Kelly Bird, Amanda Wilcox, Heather Soult, Deidre Moser, Christopher Moser, Seth Rooney. Ten great grandchildren survive . Nieces Nephews survive . Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at at St. Joseph's Church, Ashland, PA, at 11:00 AM on Thursday, November 19th, with Rev. John W. Bambrick officiating. Interment at Christ Church Cemetery, Ft. Springs, PA. Visitation Thursday 8:30-10:30 AM from the Kull-Heizenroth Funeral Home in Ashland , PA .
