Clifford Eltringham

CLIFFORD ELTRINGHAM, 92 formerly of Ashland,PA died Sunday , September 19th 2010 at the Genesis Health Care Center in Voorhees, New Jersey. Born in Ashland, PA January 15, 1918 he was the daughter of the late Frank and Ethel (Miller) Eltringham . He graduated from Ashland High School where he was a member of the Ashland High School football championship team winning the Pennsylvania State Eastern Championships in 1935. After high school he moved to Baltimore, MD where he lived for 52 years, then moving to Marlton,NJ in 1995 to be closer to family. He worked at the Maryland Drydock during the war and was a life member of the Clifton Pleasure Club, Baltimore,MD. Cliff worked as a route salesman for Sanitary Laundry for 38 years until his retirement . He was preceded in death by his wife of 52 years Gwenfron (Davies) Eltringham in 1997 . He is survived by a son Bryn husband of Diane Eltringham, Marlton, New Jersey. Three grandchildren : Amanda, Casey and Bryn Jr. Nieces Nephews . A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, October 2, 2010 at 10:00 AM from the Kull Heizenroth Funeral Home, Ashland, PA . Internment immediately following services in Christ Church Cemetery, Ft.
