Dorothe 'Dottie' Mc (Gough) Fadden

Dorothe (Dottie) Mc Fadden, 77, of 117 Tiley Road Ashland passed away Thursday, February 11th, 2010, at St. Catherine Medical Center, Fountain Springs, PA.? Her family was by her side. A lifelong resident of Ashland, Dottie was born on March 18, 1932. She was the daughter of the late James J. and Mary E. (Schilling) Gough. She was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Ashland and graduated from St. Joseph's High School class of 1951. She was a member of the? Friends of St. Joseph's.? Surviving are her husband of 49 years Dixie McFadden of Ashland; daughter Amy McFadden, wife of Thomas Pinckney, New York, New York; and Denise McFadden, wife of Scott Cunningham, Indianapolis, Indiana. Three sisters and one brother survive: James Gough of Thornton, New Hampshire; Carolyn Gough of Lebanon, Maine; Marianne King of Washington, D.C.; and Margaret Ann (Nancy) Gough of Arlington, Virginia. A sister Mary Pat Sullivan preceded her in death in 2009.? 27 nieces and nephews survive. ??Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Mauritius Catholic Church, Ashland, PA, at 10:00 AM on Monday, February 15th, with Rev. John W. Bambrick officiating. ?Interment will be at St. Joseph's Cemetery, Fountain Springs, PA. ?Visitation Sunday 6:00-8:00 PM and Monday 8:30-9:30 AM from the Kull-Heizenroth Funeral Home in Ashland, which is in charge of arrangements. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the charity of your choice. Kull-Heizenroth Funeral Home, Ashland is in charge of arrangements.
