Douglas Gross
Douglas Bernard Gross, 51, of Berwick passed away Saturday March 14, 2026 at his residence.
Born in Williamsport on October 28, 1974 he was the son of Debra L. (Welty) Gross and Kenneth L. Gross.
He was of the Christian faith.
Doug was the fiancé of Melissa D. Hack.
He attended Williamsport Area School District and McCann School of Business.
Doug previously worked as a production manager for Dunkin Donuts in Selinsgrove. He also owned and operated his own computer repair business, PC Detective.
He loved to cook and smoke meat. Doug was an avid fan of the Steelers and little league baseball. Doug had a great sense of humor, loved to make people laugh, loved to sing and loved music. He will be remembered as a loving husband, father and grandfather who had strong faith and a giving nature. Doug also loved the outdoors and riding his motorcycle.
Doug is survived by; father Kenneth Gross (Wendy), Berwick; mother Debra L. Gross (Gary), Berwick; fiancé of 10 years Melissa D. Hack; daughter Cierra D. Hoffman (Wyatt), Herndon; daughter Courtney D. Gross (fiancé Nick Price), Selinsgrove; daughter Jocelyn D. Gross (fiancé Patrik Hires), Reading; daughter Shelby P. Gross, Berwick; son Bentley D.D. Gross, Berwick; grandchildren Hailey, Lily, Sofia & Payton; brother Christopher L. Gross (Linda), Coudersport; sister Tammy Jo Noah (Bill), Montandon; former spouse of 23 years Kelly Mayne (Michael), Reading.
A viewing for family and friends will be held Friday March 20, 2026 from 5:00-6:00 PM at the funeral home. Services will begin at 6:00 PM Friday evening at the funeral home. Interment will be at a later date.
In lieu of flowers contributions can be made in Doug’s memory to the American Heart Association.
