Edward D. Watters, 83, of Ashland passed away Monday, March 31, 2025, at Lehigh Valley Hospital Schuylkill East.

Born in Williamsport on July 11, 1941 he was the son of the late Clara (Bevan) and Edward T. Watters.

He was of the Protestant faith and was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Ashland.

Edward graduated from Ashland High School in 1959.  

He served in the Army.

Ed worked as a maintenance technician for Jacobs Patterns-Pottstown and McDonald’s-Pottstown at the same time for many years.  Even after retirement he worked for Tri-State Envelope in Ashland.

He is survived by his 2 sons Edward D. Watters Jr, Reading and John C. Watters, Pottstown.

Services will be private.
