Gary Lee Hoffa Jr. 

Gary Lee Hoffa Jr., 45, of Marion Heights, a patient at Geisinger Medical Center, died on June 18, 2024 after a brief illness. 

Gary, the son of Gary Lee Hoffa Sr., was raised in Tharptown and graduated from Shamokin Area High School.  After graduation Gary worked at Fleetwood Motor Homes, Budget Renovations and most recently Great Dane in Paxinos.  

Gary was a wonderful, kind, generous man who would always help a friend out, loved his nieces and nephews and was loved by them in return.  Gary is survived by his father, Gary Lee Hoffa Sr. (Carol), his sister Christine Yacko (Jack) and uncle William Hoffa (Jeanne) and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.  He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Charles and Marian Hoffa and Joseph and Ruth Wasilewski. 

There will be a memorial service on Monday June 24, 2024 at 7:30PM at the funeral home.  A visitation for family and friends will be held Monday evening June 24, 2024 at the funeral home from 6-7:30 PM.  Interment will be private at the family’s request.
