Gary Glenn Lindemuth

Gary G. “Skip” Lindemuth, 66, of Shamokin passed away February 26, 2023 at Geisinger Medical Center-Danville.

Born in Shamokin on April 21, 1956 he was the son of the late Glenn and Alma G. (Thomas) Lindemuth.

Gary was raised on North Walnut Street in Mount Carmel.

He graduated from Mount Carmel Area High School in 1974.

Skip later became involved with the Mount Carmel Taxi Co. in which his parents were owner/operators as well as Mr. Johns Clothing Store on Oak Street. Later in his life he was then involved with various other local enterprises.

He was a member of the former Zion Primitive Methodist Church where his late mother was quite active.

Skip is survived by several distant cousins as well as many kind and loving members of the M.C.A. Class of 1974.

Graveside services will be held Saturday July 1st at 2:00 PM at the Mount Carmel Cemetery with Rev. Kay Painter officiating.
