Judith C. Mazeikas

Judith C. Mazeikas, 81, of Mount Carmel passed away Friday evening December 1st at Geisinger Shamokin Area Community Hospital.

Born in Shamokin on September 1, 1942 she was the daughter of the late Eliza (Hanley) and Marvin Pollard.

She was the wife of the late Walter Mazeikas who passed away in 1997.

Judith graduated from Mount Carmel Area High School in 1960 and later from McCann School of Business.  She was the director of Meals on Wheels in Mount Carmel for many years.  She also worked as an aide for Family Home Medical in Mount Carmel.

She was a member of First United Methodist Church in Mount Carmel.

In addition to her spouse she is preceded in death by her brother Frank Pollard.

Judith is survived by; daughter Susan Mizak (Stephen), Hummelstown; sister Marva Cerullo, Nescopeck; 2 grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held privately at the Mount Carmel Cemetery.
