Linda L. Lynch

Linda L. Lynch, 74, of Shamokin passed away Thursday afternoon May 23, 2024 at Geisinger Medical Center-Danville.

Born in Shamokin on September 4, 1949 she was daughter of the late Helen (Engle) and Clyde Keefer.

Linda graduated from Shamokin High School.

She was the wife of Robert “Bert” Lynch they have been married since 1982.

Linda was of the Lutheran faith and was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Gowen City.

Over the years she worked for Hillside Sportswear and later as a financial planner for McCann School of Business in Sunbury before retiring.

She was a member of East Cameron Fire Company Auxiliary and also bartended at Rescue Fire Company.

Linda enjoyed her grandchildren, cooking, baking, traveling, camping, reading, crafting, camping and going to the beach.

She was preceded in death by her sister Sandra Feese.

Linda is survived by; husband Robert L. Lynch, Shamokin; son Rob Schleig (Renee), Danville; son Scott Schleig (Wendi), Coal Township; brother Lee Keefer (Kathy), Gowen City; sister Gail Keefer, Gowen City; brother Kerry Keefer (Diane), Middletown; grandchildren Jessica, Scotty, Robby, Maddison “Maddi”; several nieces & nephews.

Services and interment will be held privately at the family’s request.
