Louella M. Knoebel, 92, of Elysburg passed away Saturday morning July 22nd at Vintage Knolls-Danville.
Born August 21, 1930 in Elysburg the daughter of the late John and Margaret (Schuler) Holman.
Louella worked as a stay-at-home mom and took care of her five children. She was a member of Grace Chapel Church, Paxinos.
In addition to Louella’s parents, she is preceded in death by; husband Herbert Wayne Knoebel; sister Elizabeth Phillips; brother John Holman; grandson Jason Woodruff.
Surviving are son; David Knoebel (Debbie), NC; son Daniel Knoebel (Denise), Elysburg; daughter Bonnie Dubovic, Matamoras; daughter Patsy Ann Fletcher (Raymond), MO; daughter Rebekah Woodruff (Myron), Catawissa; 8 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; 7 great great grandchildren; 1 great great great grandchild.
Funeral services will be held Thursday July 27th at 11:00 am at the funeral home with Chaplain Mike Miller officiating. A viewing for family and friends will be from 10:00-11:00 AM on Thursday July 27th at the funeral home. Burial will follow services at St. Peter’s Church Cemetery (Blue Church) in Paxinos.
