Luanne R. Morris, 58, of Harrisburg formerly Mount Carmel completed her journey through life on Tuesday September 3rd 2024.

She was the daughter of the late Frederick A. Morris Jr. and the late Mignon L. Gundrum. 

Luanne graduated from Mount Carmel Area High School class of 1984. She attended Wilkes College where she achieved her Bachelor of Science in Biology.

Luanne was a very talented musician, often playing with piano for many school functions during her years in high school.

She will most certainly be missed by anyone that knew her and loved her.

Luanne was preceded in death by her mother and father as well as her big brother Frederick A. Morris III.

Luanne is survived by; brother Lon D. Morris (Laurie), Catawissa; uncle Kevin and aunt Gina Yentsch, Mount Carmel; aunt Val and uncle Dean Yentsch, Mount Carmel.  Luanne is also survived by her cousins and her nieces and nephew.

To honor Luanne’s wishes, there will not be any services except for a private one with family.
