Mary Pat (Gough) Sullivan

Mary "Pat" nee Gough Sullivan of Grand Prairie, Texas passed away on July 5, 2009 in Arlington, Tx. Born in Ashland, PA November 3, 1930 she was the daughter of the late James J. and Mary Emma Gough . Pat grew up in Ashland, PA where she attended St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Ashland and Immaculate Heart Academy, Ft. Springs, PA from which she graduated in 1949. She received a nursing degree from Fitzgerald Mercy Nursing School in Darby, PA and worked at Taylor Hospital, Chester, PA before moving to South Bend, Indiana and later to Arlington, Texas. Pat is survived by two sons: Daniel husband of Christina Sullivan, Grand Prairie, Texas And Brian Sullivan of Dallas, Texas. Four sisters and one brother survive : Dorothe (Gough) McFadden, Ashland, PA; Carolyn Gough, Lebanon, Maine; Marianne (Gough) King of Washington, D.C.; Margaret Ann (Nancy) Gough of Arlington, Virginia; and James w. Gough of Thornton, New Hampshire. Two grandchildren : Charles and Peyton survive , Seven Nieces and Nephews survive . A Memorial Mass will be held Saturday, July 18, 2009 at 11:00 AM in St. Joseph's Church, Ashland, PA . Rev. John Bambrick officiating. Interment in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Ft. Springs, PA.
