Olive M. Reed

Olive M. Reed, 87, of Shamokin passed away on Wednesday morning, July 19th at her home.

Born in Mount Carmel on August 17, 1935 she was the daughter of the late Erdie (Miller) and Foster Camp Sr.

She graduated from Mount Carmel High School in 1949.

She was of the Protestant faith.

Olive enjoyed traveling and shopping in her free time.   She was a homemaker for most of her life.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by; brother Frank; sister Sheila; brother Foster Jr. “Butchie”.

Surviving are; daughter Debra Mertz (Joseph), Shamokin; son John Reed Jr., Canyon Lake TX; grandchildren Matthew, Jaime, Jessica & Mandie.

Services and interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
