Ronald “Ron” Moyer, 69, of Shamokin passed away Monday morning May 26th at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville.

Born in Ashland on January 29, 1956 he was the son of the late Edna (Klinger) and Edward Moyer.

Ron was of the Catholic faith.

He attended Line Mountain High School.

Ron was the husband of Cindy L. (Smink) Moyer, they were married on June 12, 1982.

He was previously employed by Lindenmuth’s Sawmill in Ashland and Irish Isles in Coal Township.

Ron is preceded in death by his in laws Dot and Hank Smink.

Ron is survived by; wife Cindy L. Moyer, Shamokin; daughter Marissa M. Moyer (Michael Stasney), Shamokin; special friend Karen Kepner CRNP; brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews; dog Gus.
