Sherry (Weinreich) Martin

Sherry Martin, 59, of Fairground Road, Ashland passed away Thursday, Nov. 12,2009 after a long battle with cancer and with family and her dog Heidi by her side Born in Ashland, PA August 14,1950 she was the daughter of the late Wayne and Wanieta (Fetterolf) Weinreich . She was a member of Christ United Lutheran Church, Airport Road, Ashland. Worked for Gitman Shirt Factory in Ashland and attended North Schuylkill High School. She enjoyed camping, fishing and being with her grandchildren . She's survived by her husband Barry Martin, Ashland. A daughter and son survive : Tammy wife of James Buhay, Aristes, PA and Dr. Jeffery husband of Jennifer Martin of Lititz, PA. Two sisters, two brothers survive :Holly Bolich of Lavelle, PA., Sandy Marlow of Lavelle, PA; Gary Weinreich of Lavelle,PA., Wayne Weinreich of Lavelle, PA. A brother , Paul Weinreich preceded her in death in 2008 . Three grandchildren survive: Jonathan, Elizabeth and Dylan . Nieces and nephews survive . Religious Service will be held at Christ United Lutheran Church, Ashland, PA, Saturday at the convenience of the family with Rev. Robert Hoenich officiating. Interment in Sunnyside Cemetery,Lavelle, PA.
