Stanley J. Petrovich

Stanley J. Petrovich, 83, of Ashland, passed away Thursday evening June 15th at Schuylkill Medical Center-East.

Born on June 9, 1940 he was the son of the late Catherine (Maurer) and Stanley Petrovich.

He graduated from Ashland High School in 1960.

Stanley was the husband of Joan E. (Fielding) Petrovich. They were married in 1963.

He was of the Catholic faith and was a member of St. Charles Borromeo in Ashland.

Stanley was a jack of all trades and had several jobs throughout his career.

He enjoyed baseball, cutting grass, and spending time outdoors.

In addition to his wife he is survived by; daughter Dolores Ovens (Stephen), England; grandson Robert Crowe, Scotland.

A viewing for family and friends will be held on Thursday, June 22nd from 10-11:00 AM at St. Charles Borromeo, 1115 Walnut St, Ashland PA 17921. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11:00 AM. Private interment will take place at Old Saint Mauritius Cemetery-Ashland at a later date.
